Established in 1988 Guardian Management specializes in leasing and property management for commercial and residential property in Texas with 1.5 million square feet in the Houston area.

Guardian Management leases industrial and service center space to manufacturers, distributors, and other enterprises with industrial or service center needs. Guardian also has many single family homes for lease.
